Pink Baby Blanket

I crocheted this blanket for a friend of mine that is having a baby girl. I LOVE this pattern!!! I made this blanket in ONE evening!! I's called "Bubbles Baby Blanket" and its from Crochet Pattern Central.
It works up so fast!! It's made with an N size hook and 2 strands of yarn at the same time. I used Lion Brand "Pound Of Love" One Pink and one White. It feels soooo thick and soft, like a little comforter. The sweet Pink color looks so pretty but my house is so dark when I turn on the light to take the pic the color looks weird , not as pretty...
I made it small so it an be used for a stroller or car seat blanket or as a reg blanket for a newborn. I just didn't want to make a huge crib afghan for a newborn that will probably be in a cradle or bassinet at first. Hope my friend likes the little blanket I made for her baby and I hope you enjoyed taking a peek at what I have been working on lately.

My other Red, Black, Turquoise and White afghan is getting pretty big now too, it's almost done! Here is a pic below.

Have a great day!

I also love that bobles blanket. I made one in one strand at the size they had for a stroller seat blanket. I love your afghan, looks sort of Native American color and style.

that baby blanket is very cute! And you've made great progress on the granny ripple. I've been wondering where you're at!

Hi Pattie, I love the baby blanket. It looks sooooo soft and warm. Your other afghan is coming along very nicely too. I love knitting and crocheting. It keeps a girl busy. . . so I don't think about shoving food in my mouth while watching TV with hubby!!

Blessings,

Sher

Good morning Pattie,
Those blankets are so cute. I can already see a rosie cheek baby in the pink one. I would love to learn how to knit but, I say that about everyting else too. I must have ADD or something because I can't get focused on one thing or another. Maybe one of these days I will give it a try.
Have a great day.
